Our journey begins with our founder, K S Nataraja Nadar, who started our family's legacy in the timber business in 1938. His vision and dedication to providing top-notch timber products set the foundation for our enduring presence in the industry. In 1998, we expanded our commitment to the timber industry by establishing Saraswatyi Timbers at Madurai. This marked a turning point in our history, signifying our dedication to delivering excellence and reliability. Since then, we have consistently provided superior timber products, contributing to the construction and woodworking sectors.

While recognizing the changing landscape of construction and design, we took a significant step in 2001 by starting “Saraswatyi Glasses & Ply Pvt Ltd” in Madurai. This expansion enabled us to address the changing demands of our valuable customers by incorporating plywood, laminates, veneer, and interior and exterior solutions into our product portfolio. But that's not all. At Saraswatyi Timber, we have also taken it a step further to introduce a diverse range of hardware products, including door handles, lockers, built-in appliances, and sinks.
Today, Saraswatyi Glasses specializes in high-quality glass, plywood, and various interior and exterior solutions. Meanwhile, Saraswatyi Timber offers a wide range of timber products and a variety of hardware solutions. Throughout our journey, one principle has remained unwavering: our commitment to excellence.
